The Department of Computer Science in the College of Engineering at Texas Tech University (TTU) invites applications for a full-time, 9-month Full Professor in Computer Science position to begin in Fall 2024.In line with TTU’s strategic priorities to engage and empower a diverse student body, enable innovative research and creative activities, and transform lives and communities through outreach and engaged scholarship, applicants must have experience working with diverse student populations at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels within or across the areas of teaching, research/creative activity, and service. Additional required qualifications are:

1. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or related fields;
2. Applicants must be able to teach undergraduate and graduate core and elective courses in Computer Science;
3. Applicants must have proven record in building research teams at the university or national level, playing a leading role in obtaining significant external research funding, and having internationally impactful publications;
4. Applicants must be able to take service duties for the department, college, and university as needed.
